Please do not contact us looking for capital. We are not a source of capital for outside funds, projects or investments. We only raise funds for our own in-house projects. Thank you.

DISCLOSURE

This site contains information on investments which may not be suitable for all investors. The use of leverage entails a higher degree of risk than usual. In general, investors in these funds must have prior investing experience, and consider themselves to be relatively "sophisticated" investors. Each fund has a Disclosure Document which discloses the risks involved in investing in that fund. This document is very important and should be read carefully and understood. After the Disclosure Document is read and thoroughly understood, a Partnership Agreement must be requested, read, understood and signed. A prospective client or investor should begin this process by e-mailing us requesting a password to access the remainder of this site.

United States of America regulations require that most U.S. citizens or investors be "Accredited" in order to invest in these funds. This requires a minimum annual income of US$200,000., or US$300,000. for a couple, and a net worth of at least US$1,000,000. Only a small number of non-accredited U.S. investors will be allowed to invest, and they must be experienced and sophisticated investors. For foreign or non-U.S. taxpaying entities there are no minimum requirements.
