Please allow me to introduce our investment partnership, the Orchid Fund Limited Partnership, a U.S. new media production fund which is now open to U.S investors.

The Orchid Fund develops and produces new media, and markets, promotes and sells the products. It offers the investors (limited partners) a cumulative, preferred, annual base return of 10%, before the fund manager shares in further profits. It charges a small, one time only, administrative fee of 1%. The fund's goal is to provide a 50%+ annual return to its limited partners.

The Orchid Fund is meant to be an intermediate term investment of two or more years; until distribution or sale of the new media products. As regards the fund manager fees, our interests are subordinate to yours, as we begin to share in profits only after you have received a healthy cumulative, preferred, annual base return of 10%.We will profit only AFTER you do, and then WHEN you do, and AS you do.
