Run your fingers through my hair
tease me please me everywhere
you touch I blossom and bloom
take me to that private room
where lovers live and time stands still
in ecstasy I know I will
forget myself inside of thee
come closer dear, make love with me.

Sunday Afternoon

One Sunday afternoon I sat
down in a park and found out that

two lovers, given half a chance,
will rediscover their romance

on any day in any Spring
emotions that fresh roses bring

up to her cheeks and to her eyes
in happiness and joy she cries

out to the world, to all who hear
that love is really very near

to all who live with open hearts
and feel themselves alive. And parts

of everything around her smiled
including I, and for a while,

did dream and wish myself to be
that happy boy, the one who she

was kissing, gently, by the tree.

Time

Time - that crazy thing called Time
Time - how can life be so defined?
Life - what's it got to do with Time?
Well sixty minutes makes an hour
But I'd rather watch a flower grow
Changing naturally in the seasons and the sun
Come on let's have some fun

Time - that crazy thing called time
Time - it's only in your mind
Do you have the time to smile
And talk with me for a while?
Cause if your attitude is right
so's the time, and the moonlight
is always lovely, the stars are always shining
In the heavens above
It's time for you to be falling
So deeply in love

Can you find the time?
Can you make the time?
How did you ever lose it?

You're so efficient baby
How can you best use it?
Don't abuse it

They'll tell you time is money, honey
But don't believe them
Don't believe a word that they say

They're just trying to
Steal your life away
Minute by minute, hour by hour
Year by year, and day by day

Time - we're running out of time
To save the whales and the dolphins
And the tigers and the bears
And the rivers and the trees
They're all friends of mine
It's time we change the way we live
It's time we start to really give back something
To this beautiful planet that allows us all to live
It's time we stop to take and start to really give
With open hearts and minds
And then you'll find
You've got more than enough time

High up in the sky amongst the falling stars
in the soft moonglow there is a place not far
all you have to do is wish that place were ours
tonight

If you close your eyes
and come into my arms
don't be afraid to dream
everything you desire

Stay with me in Heaven

Like a rainy day
when the sun comes out for a little while
so does your smile
send a rainbow of joy to me girl

Like a shooting star
way up high above in the warm summer skies
so do your eyes
dazzle and illuminate my soul

and I get this feeling
when you're with me girl
that I'll never again be cold

Like the wind that blows
through the mountain trees in the cool evening air
so does your hair
fragrantly surround me in my dreams

Like a melody
that's as soft as the breeze as it begins
so does your skin
gently caress my cares away

Why do you have to go away?
why can't you just stay?
stay with me in heaven

Heaven's not a place way high above
heaven's when you're with the one you love
and I love you, yes I love you.

If I can't have you
well then who will I sing my sweet love songs to?
what'll I do
without you to inspire me?

Oh won't you tell me girl
where do all of my sweet emotions belong?
where did I go wrong
that you won't stay with me tonight?

Oh stay stay stay in my arms girl
heaven's when you're by my side
oh stay with me
all day and all of the night
