We place the investors interest first by returning the limited partner their money first; then paying them a 12% cumulative, preferred, annual return on their money, second; and then they receive their stipulated percentage of the profits. We place your interests before ours, as we don't make a cent until all the limited partners have received all of their money plus a 12% cumulative, preferred, annual interest on their money.
